Business Controller, Tefal OBH Nordica Group, Stockholm.

Finally! Meritmind is now recruiting a Business Controller to join the great financial team at OBH Tefal Nordica Group!
You will take full responsibility of the Business Controlling for the one of the Nordic countries and support with Group Controlling tasks on Nordic level. You are self-motivated and have great communication skills as you will be working closely with both sales and marketing team.

About the role

• Responsible for the local P&L
• Monitoring customer budgets, bonus and market support
• Credit management
• Follow-up of sales budget
• Follow-up of KAM sales/development according to budget and forecast
• Category follow-up
• Responsible for the budget and re-forecast process
• Provide statement and reports for the follow-up of product and sales
• Proactively analyze invoice numbers and identify business improvements
• Reporting trade statistics
• Support sales team within a specific country and have responsibility for business reports linked to KPI performance tracking and trend analysis
• Structure and implement the company’s financial management processes, in order to optimize business performance
• You will be involved in various projects and have a closely collaboration with the local sales and marketing team
• Reporting and analysis are key elements for the role

Qualifications required

• Relevant university degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably as a Business or Retail Controller
• High level of business English, if you speak/understand Nordic language, it´s a bonus
• Strong Excel skills is necessary, if you have worked in SAP that is a plus

• Analytical, results oriented with a good business sense
• Practical experience in costing, analysis of major transactions and business
• Proactive and independent with the genuine interest in continuously seek to improve processes within the organization
• As a person you are outgoing and structured with a strong drive and interest in working closely with other departments

The position is a full-time permanent employment with a 6-month probationary, starting as soon as possible or by agreement. Tefal – OBH Nordica Group offer the opportunity for its employees to work at home 2 days/ week and has several generous benefits. The HQis located in central Sundbyberg.
