About the Role:
As an HR Generalist, you will be part of an HR team of ten people, working broadly with a focus on Talent Management at the Nordic level. Your main responsibilities will include:

The person we are looking for likely has a few years of experience in the HR field, either from a broad HR role or with a focus on Talent Management. Alternatively, you may have a background in Talent Acquisition, with a desire to develop further. We see that you have an academic education in HR or equivalent qualifications. Your personal qualities are central, and we are looking for someone who:

This is a long-term consulting assignment via Jurek, with an intended start in August. We offer a permanent employment with an initial probation period. Interested? - Initiating, driving, and developing training programs and educational initiatives.
- Managing induction days.
- Ensuring documented, qualitative, and updated processes.
About You:
