Job description:

We’re looking for young and energetic person to join our local HR team
In this role the selected person will:


•Ensure continuity of HR operations and administrative work in 4 Nordic countries
•Ensure our employees’ most fundamental needs are met by effectively employee queries
•Identify and document local administrative work pertaining to standard letters, documents, and agreements
•Collaborate and support payroll vendor with the payroll preparation
•Support local HRBP when it comes to HR administrative processes
•Review our policies, processes, and ways of working holistically for opportunities to streamline - eliminate waste and redundancy
•Propose improvements to internal processes with an eye towards automation, enabling more consistency across the HR and the NielsenIQ business (both locally and globally)
•Implement systems/automation-based solutions at the local organization
•Stay connected with the other Employee Experience team members


Required profile:

Requirements:


•Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Swedish
•Experience on a similar operational HR role
•Very good knowledge of MS Office
•University degree
•Knowledge of local labor legislation
•Very good organizational skills and attention to details
•Ability to prioritize tasks
•Knowledge of payroll tasks will be considered as an advantage
•Familiarity with HRIS, Workday will be considered as an advantage
