About the Role
In the role as CEO Assistant, you will support the CEO, Johanna Persson, and ensure that she has a good and optimal flow in her work agenda. Your days will vary, but common tasks include:
 
  • Preparation and administration of board- and management meetings - invitations, agendas, materials, notes for the management team, and follow-up actions
  • Email and calendar management
  • Responsible for ongoing, varied meetings and logistics around travel, sometimes accompanying
  • Acting as the CEO's extended arm, listening to the organization
  • Leading and managing office projects, such as events and improvements
  • Overall responsibility for facility management - contracts, supplier contacts, etc.

 

Your profile
We are looking for you who has worked as a CEO Assistant or Executive Assistant in international environments for several years. You need to be accustomed to providing support at a high level and coordinating meetings for both management and the board.

As a person, we see that you are social and have an ease in building relationships. You thrive on being a central figure in the company and have a can-do attitude that helps you find solutions to both small and large issues. You are also self-reliant and structured with high integrity. You appreciate working proactively, solution-oriented, and always deliver high-quality work.

You have excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
