You will
As Business Manager at Nexer Global Works, you'll have the opportunity to shape the sales strategy and operations from our Stockholm office, extending our influence nationwide and within Nexer. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading strategic sales initiatives, focusing on selling nearshore and offshore solutions, and aligning with our global delivery capabilities to meet client needs effectively
- Cultivating and expanding customer relationships across the Stockholm region and the wider Swedish market, with potential opportunities to engage with international clients over time
- Collaborating with our global delivery teams to ensure an aligned, efficient service delivery
- Acting as an ambassador for Nexer Global Works internally at Nexer, ensuring that our offerings play a vital role in what Nexer provides and present to both new and existing clients
A visionary Business Manager with a proven track record in IT/tech sales, particularly within international contexts. You are known for:
- Your business acumen and operational expertise, with a focus on developing complex sales strategies that span delivery from multiple countries, tailoring solutions to meet client needs
- Building strong, trust-based relationships, across a range of different types of stakeholders
- A proactive, initiative-driven approach, ready to bring fresh ideas to the table and drive the business forward
- Thriving in a dynamic environment that is poised for the next step, resembling more of a startup than a large IT service company
- Fluency in English and Swedish, with proficiency in additional languages being a bonus
