ABAX is currently seeking a Team Leader for Account Management in Sweden. In this position, you will play a key operational role with overarching responsibility for all team members. You will contribute to the growth of both client portfolios and the professional development of your team by working closely with all account managers, providing support, inspiration, coaching, and motivation. In addition to being a supportive leader, this role also involves actively engaging with your own customer base.

Some of the things you will be working on:
  • Facilitate team performance to achieve country targets, monitoring TCO/Insurance leads and activation on a weekly basis.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase portfolio value while prioritizing and segmenting the customer base according to individual portfolios.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to reduce churn by renewing subscriptions.
  • Motivate and coach your team daily to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth, and successful employees, contributing to a corporate culture characterized by strong relationships, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Monitor team numbers and KPIs while training and enhancing team performance.
  • Ensure team and personal goals are achieved, report to the direct manager, and actively manage the ABAX customer base, including additional sales, customer care calls, business reviews, contract management, terminations, and customer training.

We believe you bring:
  • Has previous leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Several years of significant experience in sales or account management within B2B, showcasing a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Possesses extensive experience in presenting information and educating customers.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (written and verbally) in Swedish as well as English since this is our corporate language.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in SaaS, telematics, leasing, service sales, and/or solution sales, or similar business areas.

Our hiring process:
1. We do look at your resume when some kind of experience is required but - early in our process we aim to do an objective screening with recruitment tests from our supplier Master
2. Short interview on the phone or Teams to find out a little bit more about who you are and why you are interested in this position.
3. In-depth interview with one of our recruitment specialists and the hiring manager - focusing even more on who you are and also - what you know.
4. Second and last interview with hiring manager and one other stake holder, could be a team member for example - to get to know each other even better. At this stage, we might also have a case exercise - focusing on how you would to the work.
