To extend our small team we want you to be part of it as Inside Sales Support in our Business Unit Solar Energy. In this position you will work closely together with our Experts International of different departments at our headquarter in Austria. Therefore, good English and Communication skills are essential for a successful collaboration.
Tasks and responsibilities

- Preparing technically and commercially correct quotations
- Maintaining customer discounts and producing price lists
- Maintenance of customer & prospect database in ERP and CRM system
- Administration (e.g. handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, CRM)
- Processing customer sales and service orders including shipping and invoicing documents
- Processing purchase orders including supplier contracts and purchase invoice bookings
- Coordinating deliveries
- Maintaining (customer) stock levels
- Building & maintaining relationships with current customers
- Occasional voluntary support at trade fairs, exhibitions, and events
- Relevant professional experience
- Recognised vocational qualification in business / commerce, would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the solar industry and/or logistics would be an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP systems and sales communication technology such as CRM, would be an advantage
- IT skills (MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- English written and spoken
- Swedish written and spoken
