- General Ledger Accounting
- Fixed Asset Accounting
- Posting of Purchase invoices
- Execution and allocation of vendor payments and tax payments
- Allocation of customer payments and debtor control
- Preparation of weekly and monthly liquidity plans
- Reconciliation of general accounts, customer and vendor accounts
- Monthly closing procedure
- Regular tax reporting (and other local reporting obligation)
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Preparation of reports for the parent company in Austria
- Collaboration in preparation of annual budget
- Cooperation with local tax consultant
- Recruitment of new employees and preparation of all employment documents
- Employee data management on the Fronius HR Management Software "Workday"
- Supporting the subsidiary's management regarding HR topics
- Consulting activities and ongoing support for employees and managers
- General administration tasks
- Overseeing and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Managing supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Authorized Accountant
- Commercial knowledge
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounting
- Great Microsoft Office skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (BaaN advantageous)
- Solid knowledge of Swedish GAAP and local tax law
- Experience in recruiting an advantage
- Team-oriented personality but with the ability to work independently
- Willingness and ability to perform during peak times
- Advantage of experience working in an international company
- Written and spoken Swedish
- Written and spoken English
