Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at AGON, you will become an integral part of our sales team and a key person in developing the Swedish market as well as being responsible for existing Nordic customers. We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented salesperson with a strong sales instinct, who understands how to put themselves in the shoes of customers and close a sale. You prefer personal and phone meetings over emails, believing that personal contact is the path to success. You will operate in a Scandinavian management system with a flat structure, where there is a short distance from idea to action. You will have the necessary freedom and responsibility to achieve results within your key areas.
You will work from your own home office in Sweden.

Qualifications:
  • More than 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong sales instinct with documented experience in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a flat and open work culture.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Structured in your working methods.
  • Good communication skills and ability to negotiate with price-sensitive customers.
  • Technical understanding, so you quickly become an expert in our products.
  • You may have experience in sales to the transport industry, steel industry, or similar.
  • Good command of English, which is the companys internal communication language.
  • User of the Office package and CRM system.
