Sales Incentive Control Analyst to Samsung
About the Role
As a Sales Incentive Control Analyst at Samsung, you will play a crucial role in bridging our business strategies and deals with actual customer performance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient and accurate validation of customer sales deductions and payments. You will be part of our dynamic Business Control team, focused on optimizing sales, achieving cost efficiency, and enhancing profitability. We work closely with our internal sales divisions, business units, and external stakeholders to provide clear process guidance and maintain effective control over key performance indicators.
This role is as a consultant via Adecco that is planned to start 1 of august and go on until 31st of July 2026.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring precise and efficient validation of sales deductions for assigned customers, acting as a gatekeeper for cost control.
- Communicating validation results and reconciliation processes effectively with customers.
- Supporting the sales organization with guidance on contract terms and deal creation policies, and providing recommendations for solutions.
- Assisting with relevant audit risk management.
- Conducting data analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
- Driving or supporting various improvement projects with a focus on digitization and visualization to adapt our processes to the fast-paced industry.
About You
We are looking for someone who is analytical, meticulous, business-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. You should have experience working with various systems and datasets, with strong Excel proficiency. A background in economics, finance, business administration, or related fields is advantageous. You have a strong sense of responsibility, are adaptable, and thrive both in team environments and independently. You see challenges as opportunities for personal development and excel in fast-paced environments where accuracy and quality are paramount.
Key requirements include:
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with databases.
- Excellent English skills; knowledge of Swedish or Korean is a plus.
- Experience working or studying in an international/multicultural environment.
