Are business development and optimization opportunities key elements of your future career? Then you could be our new colleague.

As our Masterdata Team Manager Scandinavia, your main responsibility is to drive, develop and optimize the Scandinavian product masterdata, in order to ensure a continuous high masterdata quality supporting the business requirements.

We are an international trading company with an extensive product range, and therefore it is important that you can maintain an overview, prioritize and keep track of the details.

The Scandinavian Masterdata team has many different stakeholders and you will communicate and collaborate across the organization, e.g. with Product Management, MarCom, e-business, Customer Service and Pricing teams as well as being part of relevant management teams. You are comfortable interacting with colleagues across borders, and you know how to navigate at different levels within the organization.

Your main tasks will be:
  • Lead and develop the Scandinavian Masterdata team
  • Prioritize and proactively manage the strategic focus projects
  • Improve and develop existing processes
  • Ensure general high quality product masterdata standards
  • Develop and implement product masterdata solutions across systems and countries
  • Actively support every-day tasks within the team
The position will be based in either Stockholm (SE) or Holstebro (DK) and you may expect 15 - 20 travel days per year.

Experienced people and project manager
In this key position, you are given the possibility to influence the development and the direction of the Scandinavian Masterdata department. It is important that you thrive in the mix of both project management and supporting daily operational tasks together with your team - it is essential for you to deliver a high quality no matter the nature of the task.

Masterdata is a vital part of fulfilling Antalis' digitalization strategy. As the Masterdata Team Manager Scandinavia you will therefore be responsible for driving and contributing to various projects e.g. in relation to the development of our web shop and implementation of SAP in Scandinavia.

You have a strong background within masterdata, regarding both management and support, and you have a critical eye for details when it comes to data quality and product documentation. You understand the lifecycle flow of products - from when they are purchased until they arrive with the customer.

Your experienced employees are situated in Denmark and Sweden, and it will therefore be an advantage if you are experienced in remote management.
