For our electrified vehicles, the perceived quality, performance, and usability of our power distribution and charging system are crucial in creating trust in new technology for our customers. Building this trust will be important to support our customers on their journey to sustainability. Furthermore, having charging systems and functions that are both safe, efficient and seamless will be an important differentiator towards our competitors, and that will create premium value for our customers.

About this opportunity

We are looking for a Scrum Master for our cross-functional and cross-brand system team, who is driven to secure the Premium Charging Experience for all of our brands. The charging experience is highly dependent on that system is compliant and robust whilst also being fast to market. Critical to achieve this will be supporting prioritization decisions and protecting the team to keep focus and spirit.

Whom you will join

Within the electrification sector, we are the group that have the responsibility to develop and secure the Premium Charging Experience. Our goal is to make it safe, easy and seamless, so that the customer is confident in knowing that the Scania truck is reliable and will always be ready to go.

The group that you now have the opportunity to join, is comprised of ambitious and dedicated system and function owners who all are working towards our mission Driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system. We collaborate through an agile and cross-functional setup including R&D, Sales & Marketing, Production and Purchasing to develop the charging experience.

Furthermore, this role will play a central role in bringing a multi-brand team together in creating a single system with different performance steps for each brand. i.e. you will be managing a team with Scania, MAN and Navistar colleagues. This is a challenging and rewarding situation with learning and influencing opportunities abound.

To succeed in this role, you should:

• have the experience or a passion in leading and coaching cross functional teams

• believe in the agile culture, methods and processes

• have an interest in working with a mix of leadership and understanding technical tasks/issues

• take joy in seeing the team succeed and have an interest in group dynamics. This is perhaps the most critical aspect; building the team together with an autonomous ability to execute and create value.
