As a Business Analyst, your main responsibility is to analyse, drive, and optimize Bl reports, to ensure a continuous high quality supporting the business requirements.

Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business needs, and finding solutions to business problems in context of Bl reporting.This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring that Bl project deliverables meet the needs of the business.

Your main tasks will be:

• Collaborate with businesskey users
• Analyze business processes and needs
• ldentify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operationsof the organization for efficiency and profitability
• Creating and maintaining technical specification that includes Bl application visual design and required data
• Collaborate with Bl team to assess required resources, data models and Bl tool capabilities
• Creating and maintaining user guides for Bl applications
• Follow up development of Bl applications with Bl team
• Participate actively in the creation and enhancement of visualization components for Business lntelligence applications using QlikSense.
• Actively support every-day tasks within the team

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, orarelated field. A master's degree or certifications in Business Analysis or Bl may be beneficial
• Strong understanding of Business lntelligence concepts, dataware housing, and analytics
• Proficiency in QlikSense, including experience indeveloping dashboards, reports,and visualizations
• Ability to provide user training and support for QlikSense applications
• Experience ineliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to Bl projects
• Hands-onexperience in building interactive QS visualizations
• Effective collaboration with Bl developers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Bl solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address issues in processes or visualization design
• Effective communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to stay updated on different system updates, new features, and Bl industry best practices
• Basic knowledge of data modeling
