About the job

The overall responsibility of the Communication Specialist is to analyze business and stakeholder needs related to the IT integration of newly acquired companies in the Atlas Copco Group. You will also be responsible for delivering awareness and competence development activities according to the established change management framework.

As a Communications Specialist, you will identify and define awareness and training needs and drive communications and training concepts from the IT community to relevant stakeholders. You will be part of managing the change management journey and transfer best practices, ensuring that the change is sustainable and reinforced.

You will report to the Change Management and Communications Manager and be part of the global change management and communications team. You will also collaborate with the Merger & Acquisitions IT team to ensure that change management is embedded in the processes and that concepts are consistent, relevant, and stakeholder focused.

The responsibilities and objectives include but are not limited to the following:
  • Analyze and bridge business and stakeholder needs based on organizational change management principles.
  • Define and develop change, awareness, and competence development activities according to the established change management framework.
  • Provide awareness, training, and guidance for stakeholders in existing and new IT technologies according to set KPIs.
  • Support further development of various change enablement activities and journeys in line with the Group IT strategy.
  • Provide feedback on various IT technologies and processes to the IT organization to improve the end user's experience in line with the Group IT strategy.
About you

A great fit for this role is a candidate who has great communication skills and knowledge of teaching methods. You are experienced in working with organizational change management and in projects. You have previously worked in virtual cross-border informal teams and enjoy doing so! You have basic IT Technologies, applications, and IT security skills and are familiar with IT reporting, KPI´s measurement and evaluation. We are looking for a proactive candidate with a positive attitude and an empathic and outgoing personality. You like changes and are structured but agile. You are fluent in English both written and spoken.

The location for this role is in Stockholm, Sweden. Atlas Copco's office is located in Sickla. This is a full-time position.
