THE OPPORTUNITY IN A NUTSHELL

You? You have a strategic mindset and some years of experience with leading marketing initiatives, product launches, positioning and Go to Market processes. You are good at involving, engaging and gathering people for joint efforts and common goals.

Role? Schibsted Nordic Marketplaces is constantly developing and the area of Product Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM) is high on the agenda. Would you like to take the lead in this work and become part of the team? This exciting role allows you to be involved from the very beginning of the product development process until the product is out on the market.

Our ambition is to launch attractive products and improvements to professional actors in an efficient way. We strongly believe in interdisciplinary teams, so the work will take place in close collaboration with the team that develops the solution and with the salespeople who will take the solution to market.

This is an interim position and we would be happy to have you on board as soon as possible. The right expert may also get a permanent position after the interim period.

Location? Our hybrid approach encourages you to spend a few days a week at our modern central Stockholm office, promoting team collaboration and connections. If you prefer an office environment, you're welcome to join us daily. Travel may occur on an occasional basis.

Company? Blocket is Sweden’s largest and most popular marketplace with around 12,3 M monthly active users generating 100 million sessions. WHO ARE YOU?

  • You are self driven, structured and have a strategic mind.

  • You have some years of experience with leading marketing initiatives, product launches, positioning and Go to Market processes

  • You see connections, communicate clearly and can break down the complex into something simple and easy to understand

  • You are good at involving, engaging and gathering people for joint efforts and common goals , and you thrive in a collaborative environment

  • You have experience working with cross functional teams , stakeholder management and know how to set and communicate a clear direction. You are a good facilitator and communicator

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

Day-to-day work & projects cooking

  • In this position, you will work with all the business areas within Schibsted Nordic Marketplaces: Mobility, Jobs, Real Estate, and Recommerce. Both on larger strategic initiatives as well as smaller initiatives and launches.

  • You will get to lead the GTM process for our larger strategic initiatives and new launches across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

  • You will work in interdisciplinary product development teams with a special focus on sharpening value propositions, positioning, USPs, and creating effective internal and external GTM strategies and processes.

  • Create good communication plans that clarify the product/initiative and its value to our customers. This includes leading the development of stories and sales materials that are easy to understand and promote sales. In execution of planned communication and material, you will typically work closely with our excellent B2B marketing team, which includes graphic design, event, content etc.

  • Follow up after launch, so that we iterate and develop

You will be part of our Nordic B2B Marketing team, with experts in several disciplines like marketing automation, content, design, customer satisfaction and events/webinars.
