About the role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to drive a wide spectrum of financial analysis, updating and improving sales forecasting, cost analysis and supporting permanent innovation processes by contributing to the continuous improvement of our financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on operational KPIs, labour costs, COGS and budget updating.
• Control and follow up on all the marketing spending, seek areas of savings and make proposals for cost optimization.
• Sales forecasting and cost analysis for new sites and remodels.
• Follow up on sales impact and feasibility and business cases for new openings and remodels.
• Creation and update of Masterfile / monthly basis
• Regional sales reporting such as sales collection and tracking and creating Royalty and AF invoicing basis.
• Support monthly financial reporting process as needed.
• Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process.
• Visualizing through different tools preparing Excel reports, Pivot tables and utilising Power BI.

Requirements
A university degree in either Finance, Business, Applied Economics or similar.
3+ years of working experience as a Financial Analyst or similar, preferably from a large organization.
Knowledge of financial management and understanding of accounting principles.
Have advanced MS Excel and Pivot tables, PowerBI skills is an advantage.
Have excellent analytical skills, understand trends, and can develop insights and prepare recommendations.
Experience with turning data into insights and communicating these through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
