About The Team  We are now seeking Fullstack .NET / TypeScript Engineers for the Volvo Cars Lead Capture team within Commercial Digital. Two positions are available, a Senior engineer and a Mid-level one. Our team exists to provide easy ways for future customers to connect with Volvo Cars, through Volvo.com as well as any other 3rd party potential customer leads providers. Our backend is used by millions of monthly users across 90+ markets around the world.   Join us and help us bring the best possible experience to our users!  What You Will Do  In this position, you will develop and maintain highly reliable and scalable web and backend applications using React and C#. You will also write comprehensive unit tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of the backend and frontend applications. Furthermore, you will get the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that the applications align with the company’s goals. You will be part of an agile and data driven product organization. You will also participate in code reviews to maintain a high-quality codebase. On-call support is a must due to the criticality of the supported product, which will take please approximately once every 6th week. You and your skills For the senior position, the ideal candidate should have proven experience in TypeScript and React, and a good understanding of C#. This is not a hard requirement. Familiarity with server-side programming languages and runtimes and the ability to choose the right designs for a problem is what is really required. We are looking for engineers that display a growth mindset and are willing to learn and improve their skills. We are open to candidates wanting to grow into becoming a Fullstack .NET/TypeScript Engineer. This means that you could have proven experience as a TypeScript Engineer or be a Fullstack .NET/TypeScript Engineer.  For the mid-level position, we are looking for engineers with a couple of years of experience that display a growth mindset and are willing to learn and improve their skills. We are open to candidates wanting to grow into becoming a Fullstack .NET/TypeScript Engineer and have either TypeScript or C# proven experience.  For any of the two roles, you should have good communication and collaboration skills, including documentation and sharing knowledge with colleagues, as well as displaying empathy towards users, fellow engineers and other co-workers. Meriting skills  Proven experience with React/TypeScript.  Experience with cloud infrastructure. Azure experience is a plus, not a must. Container orchestration engines, e.g. Kubernetes.  Location: Stockholm. We have a hybrid work setting, where 3 days a week on average, presence at the office is required. Sounds interesting?
