Technical Writer

Because, when enterprises pivot to usage-based business models, they often make an unfortunate discovery. Their systems weren’t built to handle the massive data volumes and complexity that usage-based models generate. This causes them to leak revenue and respond too slowly to customer demand. DigitalRoute solves this by creating a real-time usage data layer for enterprises. Our products transform raw usage data into clear information for billing, in real time and at high scale.

What you'll do

• Develop comprehensive documentation assets such as user documentation and release documentation that meet the industry and organisational standards
• Obtain a deep understanding of our products and services to translate complex product information into easy-to-understand and engaging content
• Work in an international company with a global market
• Work as part of different teams (some remotely) as well as individually
• Participate in the full product development cycle, from idea generation to getting feedback from end customers

We think that you

• Love the challenge of providing clear and concise user information for a variety of users
• Native English speaker with a proficiency in UX copywriting is a plus
• Hava a hands-on mindset approach and you like to test a feature to create or update relevant information
• Are happy to communicate with your colleagues all over the world
• Have a least 2-5 years of experience in technical writing
• Have a passion for technology and you are eager to learn new applications and skills
• Have a good attention to detail
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Are adept at prioritising your tasks and multi-tasking
• Have experience in maintaining a documentation framework
