About the Role

In this role, you will work B2B with end-to-end implementations of our SaaS-solution. You will be responsible for launching our small and medium sized clients and belong to a team of committed colleagues who support and learn from each other. You will work with a large variety of clients in the public and private sector in Sweden and the Nordics. Primarily, you will be the responsible for launching new clients, launching new functionality on existing clients as well as internal improvements.

Asan Implementation Manager you will also :

  • Plan and manage implementations of our standardized products in the Nordics
  • Collaborate with Benify’s internal functions to coordinate and deliver according to our clients’ wishes
  • Ensure configuration of the agreed technical set-up
  • Work together with many different clients and contact persons at the same time to create value
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Client Success department
  • Develop and standardize implementations for clients and ensure client satisfaction

Personal attributes

As an Implementation Manager, you demonstrate a strong technical interest and a commitment to enhancing client satisfaction through a professional and customer-focused approach. Your positivity, motivation, and exceptional communication skills will be highly valued in your close collaborations with both colleagues and clients. You consistently show strong initiative in all projects, aiming to exceed our clients’ expectations. Additionally, you are a quick learner who can efficiently absorb information and maintain an organized work style. You possess a business mindset and excel in environments where you interact with clients and deliver effective solutions

You will also need to have:

  • You have an university degree, probably in economics, technology or similar
  • Basic knowledge of project methodology and how to interpret and use a project methodology
  • Good language skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written

It’s also a plus if you have:

  • 1-2 years of work experience, where you have been working with client contact, project management and/or in another coordinating role
  • Experience of agile methods
  • Previous experience from a SaaS company
  • Previous experience of working in systems such as JIRA
