Your main responsibilities in this role will be:

An aptitude and understanding of technical concepts involving computers, software, and robotic principles is important for the role as is the ability to creatively translate customer requirements into practical applications. This and the ability to "turn a wrench" will enable you to learn how to be a skilful Application Engineer within our DSI & IX team.
Our focus is finding the right person, you could already be an Engineer, seeking a change of direction, or perhaps you have studied Food Technology at University level and looking for your first step into the world of work. It is about keenness to learn, a great positive attitude, being self-motivated and a flexible team player. The Opportunity ...
Your main responsibilities in this role will be:
- Meet customer needs: Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and devise solutions to configure machinery for their production needs.
- Support sales efforts: Bring your technical expertise to sales meetings, helping present equipment capabilities tailored to customer specifications.
- Provide on-site and remote support: Be ready to travel to offer support either online or at customer sites, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this positionwe believe that you have:
- Good communication skills in English
- A background in Engineering or Food Technology, either a degree or work experience
