Position: Project Manager for Nordic Expansion

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

About Us: Ningbo Sanxing Electric (Sweden) AB, is a leading Chinese company in the electric meter industry, now expanding in the Nordic region. We are seeking a dynamic project manager who can bridge the gap between Chinese and Nordic business cultures to drive our growth in the region from the second half of 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects for the development, installation, and maintenance of electric meter systems in the Nordic countries.
• Act as a cultural and business liaison between our Chinese headquarters and Nordic stakeholders.
• Adapt Chinese business strategies to the Nordic market.
• Build and lead multicultural teams with a focus on synergy between Chinese and Nordic expertise.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between Chinese and Nordic business partners.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, and Mandarin Chinese.
• In-depth understanding of both Chinese and Nordic business cultures.
• Experience working in Chinese companies and leading cross-border projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the technical industry.
• Proven ability to navigate intercultural business environments.
• Strong knowledge of the electric meter industry is a plus.
