About this role
As the Marketing Manager for Snickers Workwear, you will lead our in-house agency to deliver impactful marketing solutions for our exceptional products. We seek a structured leader who is eager to elevate the team and is passionate about building strong brands with high-quality products.
In this role, you will organize, plan, and coordinate to deliver effective, high-quality B2B and B2C multi-channel marketing solutions that meet the needs of our target audience, retail customers, and internal stakeholders. You will be a key player in our ongoing growth journey, reporting directly to the Snickers Workwear Marketing Director. Together with the Marketing Director and our Creative Director, you will set seasonal communication plans and priorities for marketing productions to enhance our global brand position and drive increased sales.
Main Tasks (key accountabilities, deliveries)
- Manage planning, execution, and evaluation of Snickers Workwear’s multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Manage the Snickers Workwear in-house marketing team, including four direct reports out of a total team of 22.
- Serve as a member of the Marketing Functional Area Management team.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Handle the budget for marketing support, content creation and production, translations, and events such as fairs and kickoffs.
- Undertake relevant national and international travel.
Your qualifications:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent job experience.
- 3-5 years of experience managing an in-house marketing team and/or agency, with a proven track record in brand building and positioning.
- Extensive experience in production management.
- Leadership experience with a history of building committed and collaborative teams.
- Comfortable working with both long-term visions and hands-on execution.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently and a strong focus on finding efficient, results-oriented solutions.
- Ability to balance clear goals with leadership that reflects our values and care for our employees.
