The Role:
As the CEO of Qasa, you will lead the company through an exciting growth phase and ensure that we remain a pioneer in digital rental solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s vision and strategy, driving operational excellence, and spearheading the expansion of our innovative products and services across new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the joint strategy between Qasa, Schibsted, and HomeQ to "win the future of rentals."
- Oversee the company’s financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and scalability.
- Lead and inspire a dynamic, entrepreneurial team of over 80 professionals.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Cultivate partnerships and business opportunities both nationally and internationally.
- Drive the integration and tenant monetization efforts with HomeQ and Schibsted to create a world-leading transactional rentals marketplace.
- Scale a proven concept into new markets, leveraging the strength of Schibsted, the leading marketplace operator in the Nordics.
- Steer towards a continously improving product while improving monetisation and user experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a leader in a fast-growing technology or digital company.
- Deep understanding of technological platforms and digital business models.
- Track record in developing and implementing strategic visions and scaling businesses to new markets.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
