TSG Sverige Gas AB has been established via an acqusition at the end of 2022 and thus has become a part of the TSG Nordic organization. TSG Nordic is headquartered in Copenhagen and today employs approx 150 people.
The position is placed at the swedish office in the Stockholm area with approx 10 people. The Project Manager will refer to the Swedish VD.
Job overall purpose
- To actively drive sales and revenue generation in the Nordic/European Region (main focus on Sweden) within TSG Gas' specialities: High-standard facilities for gas and hydrogen for safe and environmentally friendly mobility and use of energy.
- Development of sales at existing clients in the Industry and Trafic sectors.
- Development of sales to gain new clients in the Industry and Trafic sectors.

- Develop TSG Sverige Gas's dialogue with existing clients in the Swedish/Nordic Industry and Transport sector.
- Arrange meetings at existing clients to reveal new business potentials.
- Perform TCOs and develop relevant business cases on new creative solutions.
- Take responsibility for fulfilment of relevant tenders.
- Develop TSG Sverige Gas's dialogue with potential clients in the Swedish/Nordic Industry and Transport sector.
- Personally develop the market – both towards the Trafic sector and the Industry sector – through meetings and other relevant sales activities.
- Develop new marketing initiatives.
- Perform TCOs and develop relevant business cases on creative solutions.
- Take responsibility for fulfilment of relevant tenders at potential new clients.
Criteria of Succes
- Succesfully executing the development and growth plans for revenue in TSG Gas Sverige.
- Contribute to the positive culture.
Critical experience
- You have experience with complex technical sales including understanding of the full value chain.
- It is an advantage if you know the gas business (LNC, CNG, LBG, CBG, and H2) with sales to the Industry and Transport sector.
- Technical understanding within hydraulics, mechanics, regulation,... - in general: "understand how technical matters works".
- Flexible.
- Excellent in English and Swedish – both oral and written.
- A "Do'er".
- Structured.
- Interest in electrical and technical control systems.
- Excellent communicator – internally and externally.
- Effective stakeholder manager.
- You are a "commercial thinker".
- Relevant technical education as a foundation for your technical sales efforts.
- A very independent job in an international growth orientated organisation.
