Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes provides coatings and services for collision repairers and commercial vehicle refinishers via the brands Dynacoat, Sikkens and Lesonal. Our Nordic head office is situated in Tyresö. In the the Nordics there is a focus on collision repairs of cars and refinishes for trucks. We are a Nordic organization and belongs to AkzoNobels Vehicle Refinishes, one of the leading suppliers within the commercial car and airplanes industry. Vehicle Refinished head office is located in Sassenheim, Netherlands, where we also have the biggest development, manufacturing, and distribution centers.

What will you do?

In your role as Customer Service Representative, you can fully focus on what you enjoy doing the most: handling all customer requests! It is our goal to make sure that our customers are satisfied, and that all their questions and requests are dealt with swiftly and accurately. Your day will be full of surprises, because we live a fast-changing environment and need to adapt constantly to the latest situation. We're looking for someone who likes to work independently but finds it very important to be a team player colleagues can depend on. Your main tasks are:
  • Manage order receipt efficiently, prioritizing timely order processing and good customer interactions and relationships.
  • Register and processes customer orders in the ERP system (SAP)
  • Act as first level contact with customer for answers to questions
  • Register and solve complaints.
  • Obtain adequate customer and product knowledge to find solutions for customer needs
This is a permanent position based in Årsta, Stockholm. You will report to the Customer Service Coordinator for the Nordics.

Who are you?

As a person, you like to be in a supportive role where you act as the first contact for our customers to manage various questions. You are a social and service-minded person who always puts the customer in focus. We also believe that you are solution-oriented, patient and have the ability to prioritize among your tasks. You have a flexible attitude to your work and enjoy working in teams. You are also used to work on many topics at the same time.
