Volue works extensively throughout the world and we are now looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our growing team.
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to clients on the implementation and use of our software systems. This will involve working with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that leverage the capabilities of software to meet those needs.
In this role, you will be expected to have a deep software understanding, including its features, functionality, and potential limitations. You will also need to be able to effectively communicate with clients, both technical and non-technical, to help them understand the benefits of the software system and how they can be used to achieve their goals.
In addition to providing technical support and advice to clients, you will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the implementation and use of the software. This will involve working closely with clients to diagnose and resolve problems, and providing ongoing support to ensure that their systems are running smoothly and effectively.

What you will be doing to make a difference:
You will work in a team of consultants delivering software, conversions and analyses, advise customers on data quality issues, and you will cooperate with developers to improve our solutions.
For this role you should:
- Have a Bachelor or Master within IT/technology, geography/GIS or within the energy domain. Other relevant higher education is also of interest
- Have experience from working in similar roles within energy domain
- Have an interest for IT and be willing to learn and expand your knowledge within our domain
- Have experience with/have interest in geographical information systems or network information systems
- Have knowledge of Python or interest to learn
- Have experience or knowledge about databases, Oracle being a meritorious
- Be concerned with achieving results, both on your own and through others
- Be structured and have good communication skills
- Be fluent in Swedish with combination of strong English skills.
- Large degree of influence in shaping & developing the role further
