What your mission will look like? * Champion the transformation of our Digital Buildings Systems to best in class, from selling to successful execution of systems organization for Data Centre projects in Europe & France. * Provide invaluable support to our teams and clients, ensuring excellence in environment monitoring systems and driving high performance systems culture. Key responsibilities will include: * Driving bid assessment, customer project performance, and aligned execution approach across the region. * Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring consistent customer experience and knowledge transfer across all projects. * Ensuring the development, implementation, and maintenance of global rules, methodologies, processes, and tools.
