Role: Backend Developer

We are looking for several Backend Developers who are passionate about creating robust and scalable applications for our innovative online casino games. In this role, you will work within a dynamic team to design, develop, and maintain the backend systems that power our games, with a particular focus on mobile devices. This position offers the unique opportunity to be involved in the entire process of game creation, from ideation to release.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and other backend services.
• Integrate with our gaming platform and leverage its capabilities.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
• Ensure security and data protection best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Experience in the iGaming industry is required!
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Scala, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, or Express.js.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with microservices architecture and real-time data processing.
• Understanding of security practices in online applications.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is highly meritorious.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with functional programming and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Experience with gaming platforms or similar architectures.
