Your responsibilities will include ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable identity solutions within our access management framework.Your closest colleagues will be the Access Management Process Owner and the System Manager for IdentityNow, and together you will work to further improve access and identity management at Nordnet.

As Technical System Manager you

• Oversee the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the identity part of Nordnet's identity management systems, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and user experience standards.
• Work closely with the Access Management Process Owner and the System Manager for IdentityNow to align identity management strategies with broader access management goals.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in identity management, proposing and implementing improvements to our platform.

BackgroundYou are well versed in the following

• Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Identity and Access Management
• Entra ID/Azure AD

Good to have

• Experience from banking and finance
• Experience from implementing and operating IAM solutions

Language skillsYou are fluent in English in writing and speaking.
