Job Summary:

The Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This role involves managing both internal and external communications to ensure coherent messaging and effective outreach. The Communications Manager will work closely with various departments to support their communication needs and enhance the organization's brand image.


Responsibilities:

· Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various channels, including press releases, promotional videos, social media posts, and the company website. Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice and messaging.

· Internal Communications: Enhance internal communication by developing effective channels and materials to keep employees informed and engaged. Organize internal events and provide information updates.

· Social Media Management: Oversee the organization's social media presence. Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers. Monitor social media trends and respond to feedback.

· Event Management: Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and community outreach programs. Ensure all events align with the organization's objectives and brand.

· School-Enterprise Cooperation: Assist the company in regular talent development exchanges with partner colleges and universities. Help clients organize campus activities.

· Budget Management: Manage the communications budget effectively. Allocate resources to maximize the impact of communication initiatives.

· Other Matters from CEO: Handle additional tasks as assigned by the CEO.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in humanism study, social science or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: More than 2 years of experience in a communications role. Previous experience communicating directly with and reporting directly to executives such as the CEO, Chairman, etc. is also a necessity, as the job must involve internal communication with the executive team and board team.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge in English, Swedish and any other Eastern-Asian language.
  • Proficient in social media management and digital marketing, especially familiar with the social media platform in the Asian countries.
  • Experience with content creation and graphic design tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, experience in successfully organizing corporate external events.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
