About this Opportunity

We are now hiring a Thermal designer to our team in Kista, Stockholm. We collaborate with colleagues at our global R&D Centres in China, Canada & Sweden. What You will do

• Drive, foster & participate in an innovative & creative culture

• Support creative development of complex electronic assemblies using both simulations & measurements

• Be responsible for your own development

• Help to drive continuous improvements of tools & processes efficiency

• Manage Lessons learned & feedback findings to line organization & teams

• Lead & drive the work with our suppliers to develop HW such as fan trays, vapor chambers, heat pipes etc.

• Write & be responsible for hardware requirement specifications

• Co-ordinate project & supplier time plans

• Work with production, product quality, & supply quality engineers

• Perform FMEA & risk assessments

• Take active part & contribute your expertise in task forces & RCAs

You will bring

• B.Sc or M.Sc Level education in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal engineering or equal level of knowledge

• 0-3 years of experience in thermal simulations & lab measurements

• Good understanding of Heat & mass transfer & CFD principles

• Curiosity and an internal drive to take on new challenges

• Good communication skills, proficient in spoken & written English

• The ability to work across cultures to find ways of working & identify the best approach for change when needed

• Ability to drive work independently & deliver results on time

• Confidence to take fact-based, timely, & courageous decisions without letting prestige get in the way

• Accountability – taking full responsibility for your own actions, performance, & career growth
