This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you are hired directly by GlobalConnect.

Job duties

In the role as a Contact Center Specialist, you will, together with your colleagues, support and develop GlobalConnect's offer to their customers. Your responsibilities include both technical expertise and product and domain expertise, which requires good communication with both the internal customer service team and end customers. In close cooperation with colleagues, you will identify the customers' needs and requirements, and ensure that these are met correctly.

Education, experience and personal traits

* Experience of Contact Center systems including for example hands-on configuration
* Experience with the Genesys product portfolio is highly regarded
* Fluency in English is mandatory and a Scandinavian language for effective business communication is beneficial

We are looking for you who enjoy working closely with customers and stakeholders where you can contribute with your technical skills. Whether you work individually or together, your commitment and positive energy make you a valuable team member. We believe that your customer service background can be either hands-on, where you have experience configuring and supporting contact center systems, or business-oriented, with a focus on improving and optimizing customer service operations.
