Senior STA Lead Engineer

Swedium the growing is Global System Engineering and Solution Company, offers services like Engineering R & D Services, Embedded Systems, custom application development, Onsite Consultancy and Testing Services to clients across the globe for onsite and offshore business model. We provide industry solutions to our customer through our dedicated development centre in Bangalore (India) and Stockholm (Sweden).

We are looking for a skilled Synthesis engineer to play a key role in our hardware development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong and documented experience in synthesis projects, preferably in more advanced nodes

As a synthesis engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and deliver our hardware IP products and drive efficiency through automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in chip development with a focus on synthesis and physical synthesis using Synopsys tools
• Proficient in industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics).
• Strong understanding of RTL design and hardware description languages (SystemVerilog and Verilog).
• Experience with scripting languages (Tcl, Perl, Python) for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with advanced process technologies (e.g., 7nm, 5nm).
• Familiarity with low-power design techniques.
• Knowledge of formal verification methodologies.
• Previous experience with silicon tape-outs.
