Lodge manager

Warmth and community are important for us. Each member in our in- and outdoor team are equally important to make the guest experience our motto ”Come as a guest and leave as a friend”. We are looking for a couple, or maybe two close friends, to host the lodge together as managers. As Lodge Managers your main responsibility is: To operate the lodge in a professional way with a high level of quality and service. Lead and motivate your team and always plan ahead to be on top of all questions. To increase sales on location, control costs and ensure that the overall staff planning is corresponding to occupancy rate.
