We offer you: As part of our online team, you'll dive into the dynamic world of online business, shaping and maintaining crucial systems alongside our IT partners. Your role will involve not only troubleshooting and daily operations but also a significant focus on managing test and quality assurance. With a deep understanding of our technical platform and IT landscape, you'll play an important part in driving our online business forward. At Kappahl you will be given the possibility to hybrid work and at our office, we practice activity-based working. Your Profile: We are looking for someone who recently graduated or has worked with IT development and maintenance, with experience in test/quality assurance, troubleshooting, and has basic skills in SQL and incident/problem management. Experience in the retail industry or other business-to-consumer e-commerce is a merit. You enjoy having many contact areas throughout the company and are stimulated by working at a high pace with business-critical system solutions. You are creative and strive to find new solutions and efficiency in the daily operations. - An academic degree or at least 3 years of experience working with IT solutions. - The ability to transform business and technical needs into requirements and the ability to communicate these with an IT partner. - Good understanding of systems integrations and system development methodology, as well as how modern e-commerce websites and mobile apps work. - Experience in test and quality assurance work, with the ability and ambition to always develop ways of working to ensure quality and efficiency within processes. Most importantly, you are passionate about continually improving and making it better for the customers at Kappahl and having fun during the journey. You like to work in teams and have good communication skills. Of course, you master Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing.
