CooperVision is growing our business and looking for a Sales Analytics Specialist. This is a new role and a great opportunity to form how we work with analytics.
What will you be doing?
As a Sales Analytics Specialist you will support the Nordic commercial team by providing robust sales statistics, using Salesforce.com (SFDC) and other business systems. You will own and develop the reporting for Field Sales, sales, and performance. You will be the Nordic SFDC administration champion.

In addition to the above duties, you will also be:
- Responsible for updating, maintaining, and improving Salesforce.com (SFDC) in the Nordic region.
- Own & develop field Sales reporting, working cross functionally to simplify existing measures & reports. Influences sales process towards field at expert level
- Support Sales Management with performance reports and drive ongoing improvements in segmentation to improve sales call effectiveness.
- Provide a suite of sales reports to the sales force, Key account Managers and Sales Management team.
- Deliver sales toolkit when required to support delivery of specific activity to enhance business opportunities.
- Lead the execution of Nordic continuous improvement of SFDC.
- Effectively identify, evaluate, and assimilate information to determine quality decisions.
- Enthusiastic, engaged, and supportive of all CooperVision initiatives.
To be a successful candidate you will need to have the following:
- Excellent analytical skills, statistics, and financial analysis.
- Data manipulation and interpretation experience, Database skills.
- Advanced excel – proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience of SFDC, Cognos reporting, Tableau and Hyperion (although training can be given).
- Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Great communication & data presentations skills; both verbally and written (Swedish and English required, other Nordic languages are an advantage).
- Previous experience within the field (Sales Analytics Specialist/Salesforce champ) is an advantage.
