Being Staff Engineer at Hedin IT means being responsible for:
- Technical Design & Team Upleveling: As the tech lead of tech leads (catchy huh?), you will set the standards and direction for our technical team, ensuring we consistently elevate our performance and capabilities.
- Strategic Oversight: Beyond coding (about 20% of your time), you will focus on broader technical strategies, influencing multiple teams to achieve collective greatness.
- Mentorship & Influence: Your role involves more than just creating excellent code. You will articulate the 'why' behind technical decisions, inspiring and guiding others to contribute effectively to our development process.
- Involved in High-Impact Projects: You will tackle the most challenging and important projects which often span across multiple teams and technical solutions. driving solutions that have a significant influence on our business.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: You will play a key role in our company-wide initiative to enhance our digital services, enabling growth and scalability through innovative digital solutions.

A seasoned engineer with experience in a fast-paced, innovative, and at times, complex environment. We believe you have:
- Experience in software development with deep knowledge of at least some of the technologies within our tech stack
- Strong mentoring skills
- A proven track record of leading and executing high-stakes development projects.
- A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of digital transformation and the ability to implement scalable, automated solutions
