Aurobay is seeking a platform owner for Microsoft 365

On behalf of Aurobay, we are currently seeking a Platform Owner for Microsoft 365. As Platform Owner for Microsoft 365, you will be an enabler for the Aurobay employees to thrive at work. You, together with the team, will play an important role in increasing end-user happiness and supporting our journey to becoming a great place to work.

About the position
As Platform Owner for Collaboration Services, you will play a pivotal role in creating a great work-life experience for the people at Aurobay. You will work with a team of skilled and motivated engineers to keep our environment evergreen. Additionally, you will champion the security and compliance of the environment in collaboration with the security teams.

You will:

• Guide your team to set the technical vision and guiding principles in collaboration with the Aurobay tech community.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-service solutions, enabling team autonomy.
• Ensure a great user experience and drive relentless automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps with your team.
• Apply a data-driven approach to measure the quality and usage of services, identify areas for improvement, and drive adoption within the organization.

Aurobay is at the start of an exciting journey with their digital platforms. The person who joins will get the opportunity to join at an exciting time and shape how Aurobay works with Microsoft 365.

The ideal candidate has:

• Extensive experience working with the M365 platform and solid experience in making the platform an enabler for the company.
• Experience working with technologies like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, and/or Graph API.
• Experience in the Azure environment for building integrations and extensions is advantageous, as Aurobay has chosen Azure Cloud to enable their business.
• Experience in buying IT solutions and collaborating with procurement teams to run effective RFQs, ensuring active participation from the user community and stakeholders is beneficial.
• Leadership experience is meritorious and the ability to step forward when needed.
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing.

As a person you are:

• Analytical with the ability to process complex information.
• Strong in communication skills, both written and verbal.

A great emphasis will be put on personal suitability.

About the employment:
