ValueOne is looking for a skilled Procurement Manager with experience from Healthcare or Pharma industry for a consultant assignment at a pharmaceutical company in Malmö. The assignment lasts for six months with the possibility for a permanent contract.

The role
As Procurement Manager you will be responsible for negotiating prices and other terms and conditions as well as frame agreements. Additionally, you will have responsibility for supplier projects. Remote work is possible to some extent.

Main tasks:
  • Participate, facilitate and/or lead contract negotiations
  • Manage supplier base and be the primary commercial interface with suppliers
  • Drive supplier selections
  • Drive contract management
  • Contribute to developing processes and systems
  • Present the Category Strategy to internal stakeholders
  • Participate in budget and Strategic plan processes
  • Run and co-ordinate monthly country calls ensuring all concerns are communicated
Experience and competencies
The ideal candidate for the assignment must have an equivalent of 5-8 years of relevant experience preferably with a relevant university degree. You are an experienced and independent strategic purchaser highly proficient in Category management, contract management, supplier negotiations and supplier management. Additionally, leadership, networking, presentation, time management and business skills are essential. A strong company and market awareness, as well as analytical and strategic thinking skills, are also necessary. We expect you to be fluent in English, orally and in writing.
