Bruun Import A/S is one of the largest car importers in the Nordic countries, importing cars and spare parts for Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel and Mitsubishi to Denmark and Sweden as well as Fiat, Fiat Pro, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Hongqi and Voyah to Denmark. K.W. Bruun Import is also a modern logistics operator, distributing spare parts and accessories from our logistics centers in Greve and Stockholm to the Group's network of more than 370 body shops and dealers.

Your role
As our Lead IT Developer, you will play a pivotal role in steering our technological evolution. Based at our headquarters in Glostrup, you will be in charge of translating business requirements into actionable IT development tasks. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Leading architectural decisions and strategically prioritize development efforts
- Crafting and maintaining cutting-edge applications critical to our business operations
- Driving the continuous evolution of our digital value chain by accommodating new business requirements and integrations with internal and external solutions
You are a dynamic person with a solid background in IT development and a passion for innovation. Key qualifications include:
- A relevant IT education from a university or equivalent institution, complemented by several years of hands-on experience
- Expertise in C#, .NET Core, and extensive experience with Azure cloud services
- Proficiency in various technologies, including Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and DevOps practices
- Experience in working with Web APIs and other integrations
- A critical and thorough approach to work, coupled with a willingness to ask questions and provide constructive feedback
- A commitment to code ownership, thorough testing and a focus on security
- An understanding of the importance of code reviews, unit testing and agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Fluent in either Danish or Swedish is required
