Our Swedish project teams collaborate closely with counterparts in Japan to ensure seamless development, testing, and production processes. We're currently seeking a proactive Cyber Security Lead to join our team in Gothenburg.
Responsibilities
As Cyber Security Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the security integrity of projects and processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with our development centers in Japan and customer-side Cyber Security Managers and Engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of activities and artifacts. You will also have oversight of Cyber Security aspects across all life-cycle stages, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
As Cyber Security Lead you will also lead discussions and negotiations on technical solutions. Your involvement will be decisive as we collaborate to establish a center of excellence for cybersecurity. Our aim is to ensure that cybersecurity becomes a core competency that permeates all of our projects.
This role will also involve business trips to Japan to maintain a strong working relationship.

Your profile
To succeed in the role as Cyber Security Lead, we think that you have knowledge about product safety. Have technical knowledge about alternatives such as signed software, secure booting, and cryptographic solutions. As these are commonly integrated into our products in both hardware and software formats.
As a person you have a strong leadership, enjoy customer contact, is proactive and helpful. In addition to your personal skills, we also see that you have the following:
- Proficiency in Cyber Security processes, particularly rooted in ISO 21434 standards.
- Demonstrated experience in spearheading initiatives within a collaborative, global framework.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to facilitate dialogue with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
