Egmont is a leading Nordic media group focused on storytelling and has during the last decade expanded into new digital business areas. We apply technology, creativity, and innovation to create great content and user excellence across media, such as films, TV, cinemas, computer games, magazines, books, education, e-commerce and agencies.

The e-commerce unit within Egmont consists of growth companies that are the leaders within their respective categories, like Bagaren och Kocken, Outnorth, Royal Design, Andlight, Med24, Jollyroom, Fjellsport, Skitt Fiske, NiceHair and Garnius.

Our e-commerce Product, Data & Technology unit takes pride in enabling data driven business outcomes to spearhead Egmont's growth through technological excellence, innovation and cutting-edge architecture. We understand the pivotal role that data and analytics, combined with groundbreaking technology, play in shaping our future. As a team, we are passionate about harnessing the power of data analysis, Machine Learning and AI to unlock new opportunities and fuel our continued success.

What you will be doing

Our ambition is to create tomorrow's data-driven e-commerce that optimizes internal efficiency, customer experience, marketing excellence and supplier relationships. In your role as a Product Manager, you will work closely with the e-commerce companies and transform business needs to a cohesive product strategy and bring clarity on purpose and roadmap for the engineering team. In addition, in your role as a Product Manager in the central team you will also play a key role in sharing best practices across companies and contribute in strengthening ways of working and business processes.

As a Product Manager within our MarTech domain, you will be responsible for managing the product scope related to marketing performance and insights. Our team plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing activities of our e-commerce companies by providing seamless integrations with marketing channels such as Google and Facebook, as well as delivering advanced analytical capabilities to assess marketing channel performance. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise in marketing technology, you will identify opportunities for growth, define product roadmaps, and deliver impactful solutions that meet the unique needs of our companies.

At Egmont, you will be part of a skilled and ambitious team dedicated to the e-commerce business area and responsible for a fast-growing investment portfolio. E-commerce is one of the most important growth areas in the entire Egmont Group, where we take an active ownership role in the portfolio companies. You will be part of a team consisting of over 700 colleagues spanning across some of the leading e-commerce companies in the Nordics.

Who we believe you are

We believe that you have either a few years of experience as a digital product manager, or experience as a digital marketer with a hands-on approach. You excel at balancing business needs with technical capabilities and enjoy interacting with stakeholders while advocating for digital marketing best practices. You are tempted by the thought of being part of building a data-driven playbook for e-commerce and cannot wait to get your hands on the data that a 10 bnSEK e-commerce portfolio is generating.

Exceptional communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one Nordic language are essential for this role. While prior experience in e-commerce is not required, a strong willingness to learn and a genuine curiosity to explore a new industry are crucial for success in this position.

The role is based in Torslanda, Gothenburg. Travelling is to be expected to our different companies.

What we offer

At Egmont e-commerce, you'll work in a dynamic environment together with our e-commerce businesses where your contributions will have a direct impact on our success. Your career and development is important to us. We are working in a fast-paced business where we are setting the structure as we are growing, thereby together with your manager, you'll shape your career aligned with the business, and by giving ideas for development you can create opportunities to grow.

You'll also get to know all our companies and travel between offices, promoting understanding and collaboration. We prioritize flexibility, ensuring a work-life balance that suits you.

We look forward to receiving your application!
