Founded in 2016, Maurten has experienced significant growth worldwide. Today, they operate globally, with employees in the US, UK, Canada and EU, and distributors managing sales in Japan, Australia, and South Africa. Today, Maurten consist of a global team of 68 passionate employees, where 40 of them are based at the HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

In the role of Supply Chain Planner, you are responsible for optimizing the supply chain to manage and enhance the flow of goods and resources. This involves engaging in dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain, developing strategies and actions to either capitalize on or mitigate these factors. As a Supply Chain Planner, you drive process improvement by receiving input and requirements from other departments. You also oversee procurement activities for both direct and indirect materials, collaborating with the sales department and monitoring inventory levels, informed by your analysis of market trends. Additionally, you establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, including regular on-site visits. Managing and evolving master data, such as pricing strategies, item management, and planning parameters, is also part of your responsibilities. Reporting to the Head of Production & Procurement, your duties include:

* Optimizing the supply chain to enhance the flow of goods and resources
* Managing various internal and external interfaces
* Analyzing opportunities and risks in the supply chain to create efficient processes
* Planning procurement in collaboration with the sales department, based on inventory levels and market trend analysis
* Establishing and nurturing relationships with suppliers, involving periodic visits to their premises
* Maintaining and developing master data

* Experience in a similar role within Supply Chain or logistics
* Experience of working in a matrix organization and knowledge of how to navigate effectively in different organizations
* Experience in a regulated industry, such as Food, Pharma, or Medtech, is advantageous
* Valid driver's license (B)
* Fluent in English and proficient in Swedish
