Working as Java Developer

As part of our Software Development team, you will improve and adapt the software tools that our engineers and customers use to create the automated factories of tomorrow. Our customers are the global producers of all kinds of consumer goods, electronics, and pharmaceutical products such as food, beverages, medicine, toilet paper, diapers, electric car batteries, and much more. These are the kind of products that you will help to bring to people all around the world.

Daily work task will be:

• Develop high-quality software and web applications for an e-commerce online store
• Analyze and maintain existing applications
• Write testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Participate in projects and in product changes and therefore work with a team

You'll be part of a learning organization with a culture that encourages and supports continuous learning, critical thinking, risk-taking, and new ideas. They invest not only in the latest machinery to make production more efficient but also in developing employee skills and know-how.

Desired qualifications:

• Are at the start of your career and have a bachelor or master degree in software engineering or similiar education
• Have 1-2 years experience, working with software development
• You have agenuine interest for technology, software, and a passion to solve software related issues
• You liketo create new solutions with a sense of curiosity of how industries work
• As a person a teamplayer who likes tocollaboration with other people
• Good knowledge in englisht, both verbal and written
• Has good knowledge in Java 8, Maven, Git, Javascript, SQL
• Its a merit if you have been working with Tomcat and MVC

Being a consultant at Nexer Tech TalentFor this role, you will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent but work at the client, located in Gothenburg, starting after summer.

You will be coached by a mentor at the clientand by a consultant manager at Nexer Tech Talent. As a consultant, you will be well taken care of. We often invite our consultants to group activities, after works and lunch meetings. After successful completion of the consulting assignment, the intention is that you will be offered employment with the customer.
