We are expanding our marketing department with a Marketing Automation Specialist and are looking for someone who is a data-driven and analytical team player with expertise in data-driven marketing, Hubspot, and optimizing customer journeys. You will become an important part of a growing marketing department that is embarking on an exciting journey!

Responsibilities:
The role of Marketing Automation Specialist is dynamic and offers varied workdays in an international work environment characterized by good cooperation between different departments and an entrepreneurial spirit. The role involves being responsible for and managing our automated marketing, customer journeys, and digital communications. Your task is to ensure that we have the right data and that communication reaches the right person at the right time. You will receive help and support in your tasks from the rest of the marketing team.
More specifically, your tasks will primarily include:
- Automate campaigns and develop customer communications to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and improve customer retention.
- Improve cross-channel experiences and optimize communications across the customer lifecycle.
- Creating and managing new and existing workflows to automate marketing processes in HubSpot.
- Analyzing data and performance of campaigns to continuously optimize and improve results with the team.
- Maintain data integrity in HubSpot by regularly conducting data cleansing and enrichment activities.
- Being the main contact person for internal needs related to HubSpot.
