Your Challenge

• Support the business in developing our brand sites.
• Work in Azure Cloud and Dato CMS.
• Work closely with our Application Specialist, who plans the sprint with you, along with input from the business.
• Responsible for developing change requests from the business and for the product in general.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure and operations team and the Product Owner for the Ecommerce product, which is partially developed on common solutions.
• Be instrumental in delivering solutions and generating value for the business in accordance with our IT targets and business needs.
• Responsible for providing input, estimations, and delivering change requests.
• Work towards creating a positive UX, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly interfaces to support the organization in reaching its objectives and future growth.
• Continuously improve the product and proactively share insights on suitable actions.

The Team and Workplace

Your role will be an integral part of the team that goes by the name Commercial Platforms & Digitalisation which is part of the IT department. Our primary focus is creating applications and solutions for our colleagues in E-Sales and Marketing. You will collaborate with the Application Specialist, Enterprise Architect, CISO, and Infrastructure Manager to ensure the brand sites follow Hultafors Group standards in delivering stable and secure products.

The position is in Gothenburg, Västra Frölunda. You will have the flexibility of a hybrid work model.

About You

To succeed and thrive in this role, you should have a few years of experience as a Frontend Developer with a good understanding of the overall IT Environment. We also see that you have:

• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure)
• Great understanding of database (e.g. MySQL, Firebase, MongoDB etc)
• Knowledge in APIs (Rest or GraphQL)
• Used working with version control (similar to GIT)
• Good understanding in Node JS, Next JS, HMTL,CSS/Less/Sass
• Good understanding of Docker Container
• Some understanding in SEO optimization and techniques, technical SEO for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, PowerBI, etc.

As a person, you should possess a service-minded, proactive "can-do" attitude while also maintaining a positive perspective, remaining adaptable to change, and approaching challenges with an open mind. Furthermore, it´s important for you to stay organized and structured. You will need to make use of your communications skills to build and maintain good relations and we also see that you are fluent in English.
