We're seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst to take care of transactions on bank accounts and other payment partners, reconciling bank and payment transactions with their respective general ledger accounts, and supporting cash flow forecasting, debt servicing, and draws.

In this role, you will:

• Banking and Payment Operations: Execute and oversee transactions on bank accounts and payment partners.

• Transfer funds between bank and card/payment accounts across various legal entities within our organization.
• 
  
• Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions.
• 
  
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and payment transactions with their respective general ledger accounts.
• 
  
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• 
  
• Cash Flow Management: Work closely with the finance team to support cash flow forecasting and analysis.
• 
  
• Assist in optimizing cash utilization and liquidity management to ensure effective financial operations.
• 
  
• Debt Servicing and Draws: Provide support in managing debt servicing activities and draw funds as needed for operational and investment purposes.

• Currency Exchange: Support currency exchange activities.
• 
  
• Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the finance team to assist in quarterly and monthly closing processes.
• 
  
• Prepare and contribute to management reports, focusing on cash flow and debt management.
• 
  
• Bank relations: First point of contact with banks.

This is a permanent position, reporting directly to the Director of Accounting. Our headquarters is in the heart of Gothenburg, Sweden, but we offer flexible working hours and a remote workplace.
