Job description:

What you would do as our Area Sales Manager
You will be responsible for assigned areas of Industrial and Residential indirect sales channel in the Nordics, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to not only achieve but also exceed sales targets.
The Nordics region is a key focus for our growth in the Indirect Industrial and Residential business sector, driven by a growing need for high-quality door supplier collaborating with local dealers in this area.
Product portfolio includes industrial sectional doors, roller doors, door and gate automation products, docking equipment and the core competence residential garage doors and more.

You would also:


•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers
•Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities to expand market presence and drive business growth
•Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses, monitor and manage expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in sales operations
•Collaborate closely with business areas in Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
•Be willing to travel within the designated area to meet clients, attend conferences, and oversee sales activities.


Required profile:

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:


•Has previous sales background of  3-5 years
•Has excellent skills in Swedish and English language (spoken and written), other Scandinavian languages would be beneficial
•Has experience with CRM tools and good knowledge of IT tools
•Is willing to travel within the Nordic countries to meet clients, attend conferences, and oversee sales activities, and has a valid European driving license
