As a System Engineer, you will work within a team of battery system developers to develop the next generation platform. This new platform will handle both low- and high-voltage battery solutions for stationary power and industrial applications. In your role, you will be involved in systemizing, designing, implementing, and verifying various functions and features in collaboration with colleagues from the electronics, mechanics, software, and testing departments. Additionally, you will develop system solutions and requirements based on existing customers’ needs and participate in integration projects related to Micropower’s clients. The role also includes ensuring that work complies with applicable legal requirements.
* Develop the next generation platform with other battery developers
* Participate in systemizing, designing, implementing, and verifying various functions and features
* Collaborate with colleagues from the electronics, mechanics, software, and testing departments
* Develop system solutions and requirements from existing customers and participate in integration projects
* Ensure that work is conducted in accordance with legal requirements
* Academic degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant field
* Experience with relevant tasks and full system work in development projects
* Experience with FMEA methodologies and managing development processes according to the V-model
* Experience with battery systems is a plus
* Experience working with standards such as ISO 26262 and ISO 13849 is a plus
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus
