Security Team Manager till Securitas
Do you have previous experience in the security industry and are interested in taking the next step in your career? We at Securitas are currently looking for a Security Team Manager (STM) for one of our international clients. In this role, you will be the operations manager with personnel responsibility for the security staff at a data center. At this workplace, and especially in your role as STM, the majority of communication will take place in English.
As an STM, you will work to create the right conditions for the employees you are responsible for. This is done by creating engagement within the group, providing clear leadership, and building cohesive teams. You will also be in contact with our client and other data centers in the Nordics to continuously follow up on delivering services according to agreements and regulations. The operations run 24/7, and on some occasions, you will be on standby duty, where you may be required to answer calls and/or perform tasks on a computer.
You will, for example:
- Follow up on our work to ensure it is carried out with high quality
- Support and coach employees in their development
- Lead and plan the daily work within your department
- Ensure that policies are followed

Qualifications
We require you to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as reporting and communication will take place in both languages. Since you will need to travel to and from various locations, a valid driver's license (category B) is required.
Specific requirements:
- Approved high school grades in Swedish and English
- Valid cetegory B driver’s license
If you have previous experience working with personnel matters and/or as a leader, it is an advantage. You will work extensively with Microsoft Office and other digital environments, and if you have previous experience with these, it is a plus but not required. Experience working with security or in the security industry is also considered an advantage.
As a person, you are honest, helpful, and alert, and you make your colleagues feel safe. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you, and you easily recognize the needs of others. We are looking for someone who is security-conscious, social, and has a positive attitude. The work pace can sometimes be high, which requires stability. You have multitasking capabilities and good communication skills since you will work daily with other data centers in the Nordics.

- The position is full-time, during daytime hours, with a start date according to agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
